✅ Return Eligibility

  • You can return an item within 14 calendar days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging (where applicable).
  • Used items that were clearly described as such are non-refundable, unless defective beyond what was stated in the listing.

💸 Return Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

💰 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
  • We’ll notify you by email once the refund has been processed.
